Bajet Giramé develops architectural projects, built prototypes, exhibitions and publications, exploring material, social and ecological interrelations. The studio combines practice with academic teaching and the co-curation of the UIA World Congress of Architects 2026 Barcelona.

Established in Barcelona by Maria Giramé and Pau Bajet, the practice has been awarded the FAD 2024 “City and Landscape” Prize and was finalist for the AR Emerging Award 2024. Current projects include collective housing won through open competitions—175 units for INCASOL in Terrassa, 83 senior units for the Barcelona City Council, and 73 units for El Prat de Llobregat—together with refurbishments and rehabilitations for domestic and productive spaces. Previous recognitions include the AJAC XI, XII and XIII Prizes and the Best Architects 18 Gold Award. Beyond practice, they co-edited Quaderns d’Arquitectura i Urbanisme no. 274 (2024) and curated Unveiled Affinities: Quaderns in Europe at COAC Barcelona (2019).
