Nguyễn Hà is a practising architect based in Vietnam, founder of arb architects (2010) and co-founder of Beaulo, a craft studio (2020), and Material Matters Lab (MM Lab) (2025). Her work engages the tangible and intangible knowledge of place, where memory, material culture and spirit converge through architecture as a lived experience, described as Situated Serenity. She works through making and experimentation, treating research, craft and building as a continuous process. In 2024, she received the Moira Gemmill Prize. In 2025, arb architects was awarded the AR Emerging Awards, recognising a consistent and humane body of work rooted in craft, memory and the relationship between people and place. She is also a recipient of a Graham Foundation Grant (with Kim Hojung) for research on a traditional brick-making village, and the Experimental Fellowship, developed as a project within MM Lab, focusing on site-based bio-based unfired earth construction.
